As a data controller we collect a variety of data in order to deliver our services. . Whenever we collect Personal Information from you, we let you know and you will be able to access the following precise information:

Text Marketer / Text– Data is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
Burst SMS – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to Australia under the protection of Adequacy decision.
Google Apps for Business – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
Stripe – Data is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
Facebook – Data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area to United States under the protection of EU/US Privacy Shield.
Salon IQ– Data is not transferred outside of the European Economic Area.
There are certain situations in which we may share access to your personal data without your explicit consent; for example, if required by law, to protect the life of an individual, or to comply with any valid legal process, government request, rule or regulation.
Social Media Platforms
Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate/engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and we encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through our primary communication channels i.e. telephone or email.

– we shred all credit card receipts
